We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR & Admin team. This role will focus on administrative management with HR support functions to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring office facilities, supplies, and equipment are properly managed.
Manage procurement and inventory of office materials, uniforms, safety gear, and other essentials.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office and facility management.
Prepare and circulate official correspondences such as notices, memos, show cause letters, and warning letters.
Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and databases with confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
Coordinate employee orientation sessions and ensure smooth induction processes.
Track employee attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR and Admin reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and provide support in ISO and internal audits.
Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Support management in implementing workplace safety, employee welfare, and compliance requirements.
