∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase selected item as priority basis from different market place.
∎ Collect Purchase Order/Requisition from various sources.
∎ Collect Sample/Information/Specification of goods for purchase as required.
∎ Collect Quotation/Sample from different suppliers/sellers as required.
∎ After purchase, procure all the purchased goods either FKL own transport or van or pick up as needed by your own responsibilities.
∎ Should be responsible to enter the purchased goods safely and without any damage in the Head Office or noted delivery site as per instruction in a timely manner.
∎ Follow-up to D.I, Tally Entry, Gate pass as per company policy.
∎ Ensure Price & Quality and Emergency Service of purchased goods.
∎ Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
∎ Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
∎ Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
∎ Maintain all ledger/books properly in connection with purchase
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Purchase Department, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants must have Negotiation Skills
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Organization development/process improvement
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
