Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the establishment and implementation of Operational Excellence (OPEX) practices across the plant to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence to 5S methodology and conduct regular audits to sustain OPEX activities.
∎ Conduct Control Plan audits and perform regular GEMBA walks to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
∎ Assist in performing time studies on all functional machines to optimize workflow and productivity.
∎ Contribute to the development and setting of Standard Minute Values (SMV) for various processes and operations.
∎ Analyze manpower and machine efficiency and utilization to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Assist in daily work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and compare actual performance against planned efficiency targets.
∎ Support new product development initiatives by contributing to strategic planning and driving effective execution at the operational level.
