•  Experience in feed quality assurance, laboratory testing, or feed safety management will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of feed quality control, laboratory operations.

• Proficiency in NIRS, colorimeter, pH meter, and other lab instruments.

• Knowledge of chemical hazard management and safety standards.

Job Summary:

Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is seeking a qualified Assistant Officer to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of feed quality.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished feed through physical, chemical, and analytical testing.

• Inspect and monitor production processes to maintain feed quality and compliance standards.

• Conduct audits, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, batch records, and traceability documents.

• Perform routine laboratory analyses, including NIRS operation, Feed Forensic Imaging, and toxin testing.

• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents and testing solutions according to SOP.

• Maintain, implement, and improve food safety systems including GMP, HACCP & ISO

• Train and guide staff on QA procedures, hygiene, and safety practices.

• Collaborate with production, QC and RM store departments to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to laboratory optimization.

• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, generate daily/ shift wise reports and present quality data to management.

• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

• Ensure proper documentation, safety protocols, and laboratory equipment calibration according to SOP.
