Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively participate in the recruitment process for non-management employees.
∎ Organize orientation programs for newly joined staff.
∎ Manage and maintain personal files, insurance, PF, and other HR-related documentation.
∎ Prepare and handle official correspondences such as notices, show cause letters, and warning letters.
∎ Raise requisitions and maintain inventory for office supplies, uniforms, shoes, and other items.
∎ Maintain employee database and prepare monthly HR reports.
∎ Oversee the leave application process and track leave status of non-management employees.
∎ Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and ISO audits.
∎ Support and organize training programs for employee development and awareness
