Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• At least 04 years Bachelor degree: Major in Social Science/ Mass Communications & Journalism/ English/ Development Studies/ Statistics/ Data Management or relevant fields.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Age limit will be relaxed in case of potential candidate
• 01 to 02 years relevant working experience. S/he should have extensive experience in monitoring, communication, reporting, Photography, and audio-visual material preparation in relation to patients’ data keeping & documentation.
• S/he should possess excellent writing, editing, developing of case studies.
• S/he must be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bangla and English language typing.
• S/he must be fluent in both spoken and written Bangla and English languages.
• Good drafting, presentation, facilitation and note-taking skills.
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Must possess “Ready to Serve” attitude to the patients.
• Willingness and ready to move for extensive travel to the field area.

• Ensure that information and data from the field is captured, documented, analyzed and reported as well as share with seniors timely.
• Ensure effective communications, visibility and knowledge management.
• Monitor regular outreach activities in the field as per monthly camp plan through site visit as well as remotely and collect progress information for sharing and reporting to the supervisors of Community Services management.
• Support program staff in organizing and managing training/workshops in the field.
• Provide relevant services to the outreach team, program teams on monitoring.
• Contribute in developing M&E system and share expertise in program monitoring.
• Regular field visit and provide support to the project staff and community stakeholders to implement monitoring system and tools as appropriate.
• Facilitate program monitoring and support local team in data use and findings.
• Collect case studies with appropriate patients’ photos, eye camp photos, patient’s data regularly for internal/external reporting purposes.
• Deal with patients’ record keeping and report preparation.
