Experience:

• 12 to 18 years

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• CA (Professional / Advance level Qualified)/ACCA

• 12 to 18 years

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Fixed Assets).

• To supervise, control, monitor and report financial activities whether operating in accordance with corporate objectives, policies, and directives issued in time to time.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Tax and VAT laws, regulations, and basic accounting principles to support accurate financial reporting and compliance processes.

• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring timely and accurate accounting, cash, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations for all concerns.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounts department in alignment with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processing process.

• Work closely with team and other concern stakeholder to ensure effective operation and record keeping related to accounts & regulatory requirement.

• Able to reduce cost by establishing control tools complying procurement and payment policy.

• Coordinate with external and internal auditors.

• Ensure audit compliance and timely resolution of audit observations.

• Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

• Strong knowledge of Financial reporting Standards (IFRS/GAPP),

• Advance knowledge of Accounting software and ERP Systems (Like SAP).
