• 1+ year experience in waste handling, store helper, or general labor.

• Training: On-the-job waste sorting and baling.

Purpose Of The Position
Perform hands-on waste collection, sorting, baling, and dispatch documentation to keep factory clean while recovering value from every reject.

Responsibilities

• Collect production waste from designated bins to the central waste yard.

• Sort waste into fabric, plastic, paper, metal, and glass manually.

• Operate a baling machine for compacting soft waste.

• Attach color-coded labels with weight and category on each bale.

• Assist in loading scrap onto buyer vehicles under supervision.

• Clean waste storage area and disinfect daily.

• Report any sharp or chemical waste immediately to the Senior Officer.

• Maintain a simple log of the number of bales produced per shift.

• Follow PPE and safety rules strictly during handling.

• Support monthly physical inventory of waste stock.
