Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete Digital archiving of all investor files (CIF, Registration, Purchase Information) and provide information of cheque clearance report to Customer Service Department within the deadline
∎ Complete Bank reconciliation, checking Investors’ required documents, checking ETIN and NID of the existing / newly on-boarded investors within the deadline
∎ Ensure smooth Customer Exit Experience with proper co-ordination with the Customer Service Team & respective Broker House
∎ Making the required customization / modification in the Back Office Software to serve the requirements of different departments of the company
∎ Coordinating with the banks for timely clearing and settlement of the Banking Instruments
∎ Doing the daily reconciliation of the bank statement and co-ordinate with the internal / external party for any unreconciled figure
∎ Preparing Regulatory Reports of the Mutual Funds within the deadline
∎ Preparing regular MIS reports as per management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years’ experience in in any organization
∎ Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve the standards
∎ Organizational and planning skills to update Standard Operating procedure
∎ Ability to work well under pressure
∎ Communication skills that allow to inform, help and advice customers clearly and liaision effectively with other professionals
∎ Problem-solving skills
