Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead generation and conversion of prospective leads to Mutual Fund investors
∎ Fill up all kind of Investors’ Application Forms within the Deadline for smooth on boarding process of the investor
∎ Ensure the customer service of all IDLC AML products and solve investors’ complains within the deadline
∎ Influence existing investors to buy or retain mutual fund product by following a prepared script
∎ Be in continuous sync with the Customer Service Executives of IDLC group positioned across Bangladesh and motivate them to deliver the Mutual Fund products to the clients
∎ Maintain & update database by entering, verifying and backing up data within the deadline
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing targeted results as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years’ experience in Tele Sales / Customer Service Department in any organization
∎ Communication skills that allow to inform, help and advice customers clearly and liaison effectively with other professionals
∎ Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
∎ Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve Customer Service standards
∎ Organizational and planning skills to develop customer services policies
∎ Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
∎ Ability to work well under pressure
∎ Problem-solving skills
