Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be primarily responsible for providing support to install, monitor, maintain and optimize the ICT network and infrastructure setup in both country office and field offices for all the users in different departments, sectors and programs. Responsibilities include, s/he will assist in maintaining local area network (LAN), provide PABX/IPPBX related support, ensure Internet Security and network security in LAN, WAN and WiFi and ensure all devices connected to SCIBd network. S/he will also responsible for software installation & configuration in user's computers/ laptops/mobile devices, troubleshooting of ICT systems and its equipment and ensure maintenance of hardware and software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2-years' experience in IT support, troubleshooting, networking
∎ Proven knowledge in hardware, software, networking (LAN/WAN)
∎ Capable to solve any software and hardware problem
∎ Maintaining a good and professional behave
∎ Hard working capability
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Ability to PC troubleshooting (software and hardware)
