∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work in a multicultural team;
∎ Motivated and ready to work in the field areas in challenging conditions;
∎ Ability to communicate with the Rohingya population;
∎ Passionate about improving the lives of children;
∎ To protect children in connection;
