Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and submit Unit Party Payment Vouchers, IBBL Salary, and Zakat documentation to the bank
Obtain required approvals from authorized signatories for payment processing
Manage account opening documentation, including FDRs and bank guarantees
Handle and deposit high-value and standard cheques across banking institutions
Oversee all banking transactions, including cheque deposits, online transfers, RTGS, EFT, pay orders, and T.T.
Prepare money receipts and coordinate MD approval for designated transactions
Process T.T. payments and related vouchers with the bank
Manage tariff payments and ensure accurate RTGS advice and challan preparation
Execute and document fund transfers, including duty-related RTGS
Maintain solvency, apply positive pay instructions, and reconcile bank statements
Visit banks regularly for cash collection and document handling
