∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Maintain factory-based financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
∎ • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger specific to the factory's operations.
∎ • Assist in preparing payroll for factory workers and staff, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and bonuses.• Process and manage invoices, payments, and factory-related financial transactions.
∎ • Reconcile factory-specific Accounts and manage petty cash for factory operations.
∎ • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for factory management.
∎ • Monitor factory expenses and control factory budgets to prevent overspending.
∎ • Coordinate with the finance department at the head office to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
∎ • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data for the factory.
∎ • Assist in inventory and cost management processes related to the factory's financial activities.
∎ • Assist in any other accounts-related tasks required by the Factory Management.
