Proficient in managing producer, supplier and buyer
Basic knowledge in consumption and calculating product cost
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Raise requisition & prepare order sheet as per projected plans
Monitor on-time Production Tech Pack (PTP) release, dispatching them to the concern department
Conduct analysis and calculate product costing
Follow up with Independent Producers (IP) and Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF) for pre-production samples
Monitor timely production of raw materials as per requirements.
Ensure and follow-up the availability and production of the designated products before photoshoot
Update all relevant files, time and action calendar, weekly & monthly production report as per requirement
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
