Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• A Bachelor`s degree from any reputed university

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer proficiency, analytical skills, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

• Proficient in managing producer, supplier and buyer

• Basic knowledge in consumption and calculating product cost

Job Responsibilities:

• Raise requisition & prepare order sheet as per projected plans

• Monitor on-time Production Tech Pack (PTP) release, dispatching them to the concern department

• Conduct analysis and calculate product costing

• Follow up with Independent Producers (IP) and Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF) for pre-production samples

• Monitor timely production of raw materials as per requirements.

• Ensure and follow-up the availability and production of the designated products before photoshoot

• Update all relevant files, time and action calendar, weekly & monthly production report as per requirement

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
