∎ 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in HRIS Software, Payroll Process, and Inventory Software management.
∎ Must have strong technical skills in HR & Inventory software (experience with ERP solutions preferred).
∎ Proficient in Excel and report generation.
∎ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Experience in a manufacturing or group of companies will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain HRIS software, ensuring accurate employee data and smooth operations.
∎ Administer and process monthly payroll through software with accuracy and compliance.
∎ Manage employee overtime, off day duty, festival bonus and any other payment as per company policy.
∎ Coordinate with the Accounts & Finance department to ensure proper disbursement of all kind of payment and reconciliation.
∎ Oversee inventory software operations, ensuring data accuracy, stock entry, and tracking.
∎ Work with IT/developer teams for system integration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
∎ Generate regular reports from HRIS and inventory software for management review.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and data security of employee and inventory records.
∎ Provide training and support to employees on HRIS and related software tools.
∎ Any other task provided as and when required.
