∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ The candidate must have knowledge about Sales, Marketing and Branding in real estate sector especially in Hotel & Resort.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of Villa & Hotel share.
∎ Planning sales forecast, budget and market strategy.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Creating and managing promotional materials/items to establish and maintain product branding.
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and customers insights.
∎ Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action".
∎ Monitor market trends, research real estate markets and competitors' activities.
