Experience:
People Management and Effective Communication:
i. Managing existing SAM clients for reducing the NPL ration and maintain regular negotiation.
ii. Staying round-the-clock contact with existing SAM clients in regard of any policy changes, NPL recovery, restructure/rescheduling to reduce the NPL rate of the company, ensuring smooth service and handling critical cases for recovery.
iii. Identify key areas for overall NPL recovery and maintain effective communication between management and SAM client.
Review and Monitoring of Critical Accounts & Write-off Client:
i. Makes effective negotiation with write-off clients. Also visit & calls to write – off clients to ensure write-off recovery.
ii. Ensuring detail review, timely collection and monitoring respective critical accounts specially write – off clients with target amount and deadline.
Forecasting future NPL summary & Legal Compliance:
i. By Analyzing each source of information, forecast the future NPL summary.
ii. Communicating with assigned lawyers in respect of proper documentation regarding accounts under Litigation/Legal Action and accordingly representing in the court on behalf of IPDC.
Maintain Recovery Strategy, task allocation, prepare memo
i. Prepare recovery strategies to achieve the recovery target
ii. Allocate strategic task among the department member
iii. Motivate team members to achieve recovery target
iv. Prepare settlement, write-off, reschedule, restructure and others important memo for management and ECClient Visit for overdue Issue.
v. Maintain good rapport and communication with overdue clients
vi. Visit overdue client premises for recovery purpose
vii. Alert client to pay off overdue/full outstanding amount to avoid further legal actions.
Observation & Investigation-
i. Keep SAM client under regular inquiry for alternative source of fund
ii. Identify the reasons behind the overdue and take necessary recovery action according to the reason.
iii. Keep regular investigation to SAM client to find out weak points of client for overdue recovery.
iv. Regular inquiry for keeping trace SAM client’s current premises.
v. Doing proper investigation for tracing out absconded client.

iv. Negotiate for rescheduling/restructuring to maximize organisation profit
Team Work
i. Maintain good communications with branches and other related department like operation, legal, CRM etc.
ii. Communicate between external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth work process.
iii. Perform group visit if required.
