Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Admin Dept.
∎ Maintain manpower status properly for Recruitment, Selection and Performance appraisal for management staff in consultation with senior management.
∎ Monitor overall payroll management including office attendance management to ensure timely salaries and benefits are paid.
∎ Oversee the employee transfer, promotion and separation activities in the organization.
∎ Involvement in various administrative works e.g. office stationery procurement / allocation, safety & security of office, house keeping management.
∎ Look after various legal issues e.g. relevant business license issuance and renewal, handle various government bodies regarding HR related matters. Should have very sound knowledge in local HR policies and labor laws.
∎ Support management on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management with issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances and performance issues.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor Leave Record, Monthly Payroll, and Employee Database.
∎ Effectively handle any work assigned by higher authority as and when required.
∎ Organizational annual KPI review.
∎ Budget planning related to HR & Admin operations.
∎ Increase employee satisfaction and loyalty by taking various initiatives.
∎ Be innovative and tech savvy in day to day work.
