Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
∎ Assisting in preparing briefs, complaints, motions and other documents required.
∎ Representing IPDC in Legal matters before the law chambers/enlisted lawyers and ensure best possible suggestion.
∎ Providing management and other departments with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies, handling of govt. office and enforcement authorities.
∎ Reviewing all legal documents including agreements, MoU prepared by 3rd parties.Handling land matters in AC land office, registration office & DC Office
∎ Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
