Job Context:
∎ We are seeking skilled Production Management personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times.
∎ Receive updated weekly production plan and confirm understanding and must execute in accordance of material and delivery.
∎ Responsible for achieving hourly production target, maintain reporting & applying new tools for enhancing production and efficiency.
∎ Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure all pre-production activities within the time frame.
∎ Leading the total changeover activities and implement as per changeover Calendar and Changeover SOP.
∎ Follow up completion of production based on size/color breakdown as per Callan, inspection and packing accordingly.
∎ Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Ensuring that the production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ Make sure to practice 6S activities in respective area.
∎ Coordinate with the quality manager and go deep dive to get the real root cause of each type of defects & finalize the real cause and set solution of each case.
∎ Coordinate with buyers on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in work place to ensure zero Non Compliance.
∎ Any other task provided by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated production management techniques.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on target, efficiency and SMV.
∎ Strong team building, problem solving, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
