Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network System Implementation (Troubleshooting, Administration and Monitor)
∎ Mail server (administration and Monitor)
∎ Administration and Monitor of server and work station etc.
∎ Solve IP Telephony System related problems ( Administration and monitor)
∎ Desktop and laptop Computers Assemble (upgrades and troubleshoot)
∎ Microtik Router configuration & management.
∎ Printers, Scanner and other peripheral device (installation and configuration)
∎ Operation System, Application Software and others 3rd party software ( installation and configuration)
∎ CCTV Surveillance System (Implementation, Administration and negotiation with vendors)
∎ IT Related Product sourcing and negotiation with vendors
∎ Record keeping and maintenance allotted PC and Accessories in IT management system
∎ Grameen phone web portal mygp enterprise, webserv team tracker,gpcmp bulk sms administrative work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Jasper Soft reporting tools and integration with ERP System
∎ Candidate must have Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server 2008 and MS SQL Server 2016
∎ Candidate must have the following vendor Certifications (CCNA, CCNP,MTCRE & MCSA/MCSE)
