Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures and process also prepare and develop project design
∎ Coordination with SCM team for material planning and any project with the support from supervisor
∎ Identify the scope of improvement opportunity & design the Project to mitigate the issues & improve the factory performance also Implement IE Tools & Techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc.)
∎ Develop, maintain & execute a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in factory
∎ Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the production line.
∎ Ensuring maximum productivity through proper utilizations of machines, materials and manpower.
∎ Making operations breakdown and layout also monitoring bottlenecks and maintain line balancing
∎ Responsible for operation breakdown of food manufacturing, process flow chart design, SMV setting, production layout design & set up.

∎ The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
