Minimum a Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputed university with good academic background.
3–5 Years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within the FMCG sector.
Experience executing trade campaigns, POSM deployment, and channel activation programs.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of trade channels (GT & MT).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work under pressure, both independently and within a team.
Must be sincere, dedicated, and target-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with brand and sales objectives to strengthen retailer networks.
Design and deploy retailer- and channel-specific promotions, bundles, loyalty schemes, and activation campaigns.
Ensure the right product mix and availability at the right outlets following the “Right Product, Right Place” principle.
Track sales performance by channel and evaluate the impact of trade initiatives on AIV (Average Invoice Value), coverage, and sales volume.
Collaborate with Sales Officers (SOs), Territory Officers (TOs), and distributors to ensure high-quality retail execution.
Conduct regular trade visits to audit retail visibility, gather competitive insights, and coach field teams.
Develop planograms and ensure brand visibility and shopper engagement across retail and modern trade channels.
Develop, deploy, and audit POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) as per merchandising guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors for timely production and installation of displays, standees, shelf talkers, etc.
Monitor ROI on visibility investments through KPIs such as sales uplift, brand recall, and execution compliance.
Gather and analyze insights on shopper behavior, competitor promotions, and retailer needs to recommend category growth initiatives.
Provide trade marketing tools, promotional kits, and campaign briefs to support sales teams and distributors.
Track and process monthly Trade Allowance (TA) claims, promotional spends, and partner incentives in compliance with internal SOPs.
Collaborate with finance for reconciliation of trade spends and budget allocations.
