Job Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager - Tech Support, NMC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
∎ Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
∎ Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS etc.
∎ · Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP,RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.
∎ · Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management.
∎ · working with TCP/IP and routing protocols (RSVP, LDP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF.
∎ · Reroute technologies)
∎ · provisioning of MPLS networks and services including Traffic Engineering, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS L2 and L3 VPNs, VPLS, Circuit Emulation, IPSec, VPNs, IP Multicast, and QOS/COS.
∎ · Good knowledge with DDoS detection tools and Mitigation tools.
∎ · High level of influence on customer/user groups and teams.
∎ · Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems for one or more projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Having 5 to 8 years hands on experience in Nationwide ISP/IIG/ITC Core Network and System Operations.
∎ Sound knowledge in IP Routing (BGP, IS-IS and OSPF), Switching, MPLS.
∎ Practical experience with MPLS network design and implementation.
∎ Understanding of Cisco, Juniper and MikroTik Platform.
∎ Network Professional Certification of Cisco/Juniper.
∎ Linux Professional Certification of RHCE (Preferred).
