Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution with a strong academic record

• Should have MIEB Number

• Able to face the RSC/Accord Audit as well as maintain the related documents.

• Must have experienced in working with RSC & well conversant with RSC requirements.

• Work closely with Sustainability, Engineering and other concern departments.

A Reputed RMG Group of Company is for Asst. Manager- Structural Design (Civil). Applicant having experienced in working with RSC & familiar with RSC will get added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Structural detail working drawing & GFC Drawing with software modelling in Etabs, Staad.pro, ASDIP, SAFE, Auto CAD and others of both RCC building/structure and Pre-fabricated steel shed(PEB).
• All kind of modification Structural drawing prepare (New and as build drafting).
• Coordination with supply chain Department and Material Control Department (MCD), Construction team to ensure proper specified supply of material at site.
• Site visit to check construction work is ongoing as per supplied Structural working drawings.
• Monitor building and safety regulations are met at all onsite & offsite construction works.
• Consult with cross-functional team for project party payment, logistics support for management approval.
• Conduct departmental meeting for civil work in progress and upcoming project issues.
• Participate in meeting with admin & compliance team for compliance & buyer requirement.
• Prepare & monitor audit reports regarding buyer & third-party audit.
• Prepare structural detail working drawing & GFC drawing with software modelling in Etabs, Staad.pro, ASDIP, SAFE, Auto CAD and others of both RCC building/structures and Pre-fabricated steel shed (PEB).
• Prepare Structural detail working drawings of drain, retaining wall, shear wall, shed, various machine foundation, shore protection and bracing, retrofitting design. Also check machine loading adequacy check for live load and dynamic load.
• Prepare drawing, specification and construction documents.
• Coordination with project in-charge for related design & support to execution for project.
• Assisting in BQD & Material estimate for different type of project.
• Prepare BEPZA/CAD Drawing of industrial building project for approval.
• To work closely with design team and understand the architectural, structural, plumbing, sanitary & interior drawing of different project.
• Responsible for full tie construction supervision work and quality control of construction works.
• Verify construction material test & Quality control of building material.
• To prepare construction plan and work schedule.
• Monitoring and management of the construction work and checking contractors’ bill.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
