Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, candidates having BBA in Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for the products.
∎ Visit end customers and sub dealers and fine tune channel operations.
∎ Prepare both short and long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products in coordination with Superior.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programmes.
∎ Monitor supply situation of assigned products and their samples and take corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Organize meeting/training in collaboration with field forces and dealers of the product.
∎ Maintain liaison with foreign principal for more information on product development and promotional support.
∎ Closely monitor market trends, research consumer markets & competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues
∎ Maintaining close contact with sales team to achieve business goals.
∎ Piloting the innovations and creating new indications & expanding markets
∎ Use of social media to grow business through a variety of online and social channels.

∎ Age 30 to 32 years

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
