∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Showroom Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of individual sales & collection target as well as company goal set by the management.
∎ Distribute Sales target among the retail sales team
∎ Developing showroom presentation, sales data, accounts data, etc. as per management requirement.
∎ Showroom administration & resource management
∎ To implement promotional campaign/Fair to ensure more Business
∎ Prepare sales bill/sales return/purchase bill/purchase return
∎ Achieving the Order, Delivery, and Collection target of the Showroom and its concerns.
∎ Monitoring Showroom Retail & Corporate Sales.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly, weekly & yearly sales target.
∎ Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and assist to superior.
∎ Develop a relationship with corporate & retail clients.
∎ Keeping records of all Sales & Marketing activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
∎ Assist superior in planning retail and corporate businesses.
∎ To monitor operations at showroom(s) sales as well as corporate sales as needed.
∎ To be responsible for total stock of showrooms and work with the MIS for SDMS, and with Finance Department for financial transactions.
∎ To maintain long-term relationships with both showroom and corporate customers.
∎ To submit total sales and total deposits to Finance, after the end of the month.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be capable of having worked under pressure and communication skills.
∎ Understand the client's need and identify the scope for sales.
∎ Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships.
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation, and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer proficiency.
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting.
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skills.
