Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating and disseminate information of the branches, finding their operational requirements to conduct smooth business
∎ Maintaining branch performance related database, finding key improvement areas, and sharing those with HoD
∎ Revising Branch Operational Manuals time to time to embed the ongoing practices and policies of IPDC and regulators
∎ Becoming the key MIS maintainer of branch’s deferrals and waivers, campaigns and preparer of required memos and office orders regarding branch management
∎ Arranging meeting with BMs, maintaining, and disseminating minutes and following up the progress of the meetings to share those with HoD
∎ Regularly sharing regulatory circulars with branches, finding the practice of the circulars, and ensuring the adherence of the circulars in the branches
∎ Coordinating with Branch Managers/RSMs/TLs for deferral Management and Branch Compliance Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Advance level knowledge and expertise on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must for this role. In addition, knowledge regarding data interpretation, management & presentation is preferred.
