∎ Computer Literacy is a must specially in office package.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Textile coloration finishing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Control: Monitor operations, oversee technicians, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Material Management: Work with purchasing teams to source high-quality dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials.
∎ Production Coordination: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Personnel Management: Train and provide guidance to dyeing technicians.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations for all personnel and processes.
∎ Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand seamless fabric characteristics and ensure feasibility of dyeing processes.
∎ Problem Solving: Identify and resolve quality issues during knitting and dyeing stages.
∎ Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of chemicals, dyes, and textile processes.
∎ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze fabric and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with other teams and communicate effectively with technicians.
∎ Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to dyeing processes.
∎ Knowledge of Color Matching: Understanding of color matching techniques and standards.
∎ Experience with Dyeing Equipment: Familiarity with various types of bulk dyeing machines.
∎ Quality Control Knowledge: Understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
∎ Safety Regulations: Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
