Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement marketing and sales strategy of the company product and sales execution.
∎ Develop an adaptive marketing and sales strategy to capture customer and market developments.
∎ Develop sustainable long-term relationships with clients, customers, and distributors.
∎ Handle communication with clients and immediate delivery of products.
∎ Ensure the completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Report to the Line Manager regarding all the developments in his domain.
∎ Ensure a high-quality level of sales service, with support for customers.
∎ To visit the existing and potential customer regular basis.
∎ Manage marketing budgets and ensure allotment of adequate resources.
∎ Handle the sales lead closely and strategically to close the deal successfully.
∎ Keep the customer data and communication to maintain the successive relationship.
∎ Actively search, develop & engage in new customer relationships to expand the market share.
∎ Perform as a Sales consultant to identify the customer's needs & requirements to generate a sales lead.
∎ Analysis of the sales lead or customer's requirements, select the right products.
∎ Keep the management updated on periodical sales progress reporting on the competition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bangla (Written & Verbal).
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Bangla Typing, Email Communication).
∎ Candidates who wants to stay and work in Chottogram are highly recommended to apply.
