Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Proven track record in closing high-value deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
∎ Deep understanding of e-Signatures, identity verification (e-KYC), PKI-based authentication, and cybersecurity regulations.
∎ B2B sales, enterprise solutions, fintech, or digital authentication (preferably within BFSI or Government sectors).
∎ Strong network and prior experience in dealing with government tenders, regulatory bodies, and large BFSI clients.

∎ Deep understanding of e-Signatures, identity verification (e-KYC), PKI-based authentication, and cybersecurity regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and government stakeholders.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
∎ Conduct high-impact product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT heads, and compliance officers.
∎ Drive the adoption of e-Sign solutions, digital authentication, and identity verification services across BFSI and Government sectors.
∎ Lead business expansion initiatives, identifying new opportunities and emerging market needs in the regulatory landscape.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with BFSI and Government clients, ensuring continuous engagement and customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry associations to stay ahead of compliance changes and market trends.
∎ Represent RVL in industry events, seminars, and government meetings to advocate for secure digital authentication solutions.
∎ Track and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and pipeline progress, reporting insights to senior management.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to refine sales approaches and strengthen market positioning.
∎ Stay updated on e-KYC guidelines, ICT Act, Digital Security Act, and other compliance requirements relevant to BFSI and Government stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and manage RFPs, proposals, and government tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
∎ Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
∎ Sales & Business Development:
