• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in CSE, CE, ETE, or Telecommunication from a reputed university.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication,IT Enabled Service,Group of Companies

• The applicants experienced in IIG/ISP area will have added advantage.·       
• Strong expertise in IP Networking, Routing & Switching, and Network Security.·       

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and automation. This role demands hands-on expertise in multi-vendor environments, advanced routing and switching protocols, and secure service provisioning. The engineer will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement, and scalable network solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Network Infrastructure Management

• Configure and manage Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Mikrotik, BDcom, V-Sol, C-Data and other networking devices.
• Implement and troubleshoot wireless access points, routers, firewalls, and switches.

Protocol & Technology Expertise

• Deep knowledge of protocols and technologies including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, GRE, IPsec, QoS, PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS, VLAN, STP, VTP, GPON OLT/ONU.

Network Security & Services

• Manage secure connectivity solutions (IPSec VPN, Firewalls), apply QoS/COS, and support DNS, DHCP.
• Understanding of CDN, DDOS, and proxy technologies (e.g., Zscaler, Akamai, Infoblox).

 Automation & Scripting

• Leverage tools like Ansible, Python for network automation and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring & Operations
• Administer systems and procedures for dynamic monitoring, ticketing, and issue resolution.

Service Provisioning

• • Strong knowledge of OLT configuration and RADIUS-based authentication solutions to support efficient service provisioning aligned with customer and business needs.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and users, influence technical direction, and provide guidance in complex networking projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, policies, and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to network design improvements and operational excellence.
