∎ Prior experience working in a tent factory is mandatory.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and English is required; Chinese language skills will be an advantage.

∎ Familiarity with technical documentation and cutting diagrams for tents.
∎ Strong leadership skills to oversee and manage daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all stages of tent manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality guidelines.
∎ Conduct in-line and final inspections to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
∎ Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
∎ Train, and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support.
∎ Identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ Work closely with production teams to enhance processes and minimize defects.
∎ Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
∎ Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, or other relevant quality standards.
∎ Inspect raw materials upon arrival to ensure they meet specifications.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to address quality concerns and request replacements if necessary.
∎ Conduct training sessions for workers on quality control measures, defect identification, and corrective actions.
∎ Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain detailed quality reports and analyze trends to identify recurring issues.
∎ Provide weekly/monthly reports to management regarding quality performance and improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
∎ Manage waste and improve production efficiency.
