∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate should have minimum 2 Years experience in the mentioned position.
∎ Should be experienced in Quality control/ Audit/ Inspection/ Production in Knit Garments.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in buyer’s technical requirement and QS audit.
∎ Should be capable to communicate with buyers in English (oral & mail)Basic computer Knowledge: word, excel, email etc.
∎ Candidate should have minimum 2 Years experience in the mentioned position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the quality assurance operations within the production process.
∎ Monitor in-line and final inspections to ensure quality consistency and compliance with buyer specifications.
∎ Support the development and implementation of quality systems, SOPs, and audit protocols.
∎ Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
∎ Coordinate with buyers' QA teams for quality inspections and audits.
∎ Maintain documentation related to quality reports, inspection findings, and improvement plans.
∎ Monitor fabric and trims inspection to ensure material quality before production.
∎ Ensure adherence to AQL standards and quality checkpoints at each stage of production.
∎ Participate in internal audits and compliance assessments.
