∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in Quality Assurance operations in Woven Garments.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control principles, and best practices.
∎ Familiarity with quality standards in woven garments.
∎ Experience conducting internal audits and managing supplier quality.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply root cause analysis methodologies.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in using quality management software, statistical analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Quality certifications are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Assurance System Management: Assist the Quality Assurance team in establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Process Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor and evaluate quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with established standards, specifications, and guidelines.
∎ Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards, identifying any non-conformances and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to evaluate and qualify suppliers, establish quality requirements, and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Documentation and Records: Oversee the maintenance of quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records. Ensure proper documentation of quality incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
∎ Training and Development: Assist in developing quality awareness and skills among employees. Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends.
∎ Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and other quality incidents, employing root cause analysis techniques to identify underlying issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality-related data, generate reports, and present findings to management. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
