Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards.

• Familiarity with international buyer quality requirements & compliance protocols.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QA reporting systems.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems across all production units.

• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality policies.

• Supervise in-line, end-line, and final inspection activities to maintain consistent product quality.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for quality issues.

• Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC teams, supervisors, and operators.

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality concerns.

• Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and buyer visits.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and customer satisfaction.
