Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for following the overall quality of the Flexible print, Offset Print, Heat Transfer Label, Printed Label and gum tape, sheet, Tray department
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
∎ Establish and monitor quality control measures throughout the printing and packaging processes.
∎ Implementation of QMS to ensure sustainability of product quality as per customer requirement to assure customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow up on the inline, online, final qc and raw material inspection activities & work processes.
∎ Follow up the daily raised issues/ findings from QA & escalate with the production team for the solution.
∎ Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to printing and packaging.
∎ Investigation & Analyzation of all internal and external customer complaints.
∎ Inspection record keeping and all types of quality data analysis.
∎ Work closely with customer service and sales teams to understand customer expectations and quality requirements.
∎ Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness within the organization
∎ Identify potential risks to product quality and work to mitigate them.
∎ Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the reliability and consistency of printing and packaging processes.
∎ Stay abreast of technological advancements in printing and packaging equipment and processes.
∎ Provide daily inspection and customer complaints summaries to management.
∎ Work on any system failure and Implementation Issues.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management
