∎ B.sc or M.sc in EEE/Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
∎ Investigate and set standards for quality
∎ Prepare incoming quality check report and submit to Factory Manager
∎ Monitor and prepare daily quality check report
∎ Provide support for process automation and improvements
∎ Establish Kaizen and ensure continuous improvement of process
∎ Maintain the product specification as per BDS & IEC standard
∎ Maintain SOP and reduce process rejection
∎ Identify local supplier issues and take corrective & preventive action
∎ Enhance QC team skills and develop at least one successor for each key position

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure, team management, self motivated
∎ Knowledge about fan production process, ISO and excellent communication skill
