Additional Requirements:
∎ 06 to 08 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated QA management techniques.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on QA activities.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To measure continuous improvement of quality system.
∎ To assist, Improvements and consistent total quality systems within respective factories.
∎ To take necessary steps for recruiting manpower for shortage by discussing of QA manager.
∎ Arrange meetings/training facilities for quality teams to develop their stillness.
∎ To communicate with production management for any quality related issue.
∎ To monitor all documents are properly recorded and sign in report.
∎ To communicate with buyer for quality related issue.  Monitor quality activities on floors.
∎ To ensure proper distribution of right person in right place for improving quality activities.
∎ To ensure all buyers’ requirement is followed in-floor strictly.
∎ To communicate with production and non-production related team like admin, HR team for assisting quality team.
∎ Training development to ensure continuous improvement of productivity & maintain quality.
∎ Put effort to minimize absenteeism & migration of workers.
∎ Ensure factory compliance.
