Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that the fabric of correct quality standards to get released from Inspection department according to the production demand.
∎ Ensure the most effective production plan for fabric inspection to minimize the WIP.
∎ Proper coordination between Finishing department and MCD for finishing goods transactions.
∎ Ensure the right quality and quantity to be handed over to MCD for delivery.
∎ Liaison with customer, Merchandiser and the sewing plants over day-to-day issues.
∎ Ensuring that the concerned production departments are well informed the feedback of customers, deviations of finished fabrics from quality standards etc, for further action or necessary improvements on quality of fabric.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling finished fabric & Garments.
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
