• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 30 to 40 years

1. Prepare, develop and maintain standard product cost and related bill of materials.

2. Analyze material, labor, overhead, and operational costs.

3. Monitor actual costs against standard costs and investigate variances.

4. Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

5. Maintain cost accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.

6. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings related to costing.

7. Prepare cost-related MIS reports for management review.

8. Assist in preparation of cost budgets and forecasts.

9. Track budget performance and highlight deviations.

10. Provide analytical support for financial planning and decision-making.

11. Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

12. Maintain costing data in ERP/accounting systems accurately.

13. Support implementation or improvement of costing systems and processes.
