Responsibilities & Context:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
Follow-up to automated machine production and manual table production Make Costing budget including Materials requisition as work order basis.
Cleaning and organizing workspace
Print one color to 14 color designs like Rubber, Pigment, Puff, Emboss, Silicon, CMYK, Discharge, Glitter, Plastisol, Flock, specialty inks & foil to name a few. Setting and meeting critical production schedules
Handling deadlines and schedules
Coordinating and planning production to meet all time lines
Process and product chemicals knowledge
Implement Process to increase productivity
Take corrective action plan (CAP) if any issue arises
Manage and lead the total team and speed up the teamwork.
