∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of Ingredients, MIxing and Blending, Frying Techniques, Seasoning Application, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, , 5S, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Labeling and Auditsand Inspections.
∎ Should have skill in Production process of Chanachur production, Machinery & Equipment knowledge, Quality Control , Trouble shooting & Production Compliance.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets efficiently.
∎ Process Optimization: Monitor and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Resource Allocation: Manage raw materials, equipment and manpower to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with food regulations.
∎ Inspection and Testing: Oversee product sampling and testing and resolve quality issues.
∎ Staff Management: Lead, train and motivate production staff to ensure high performance.
∎ Shift Management: Allocate tasks and monitor staff during shifts to maintain productivity.
∎ Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and food hygiene regulations.
∎ Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze production metrics to provide reports to senior management.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
∎ Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Process Development: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency.
∎ Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
∎ Job role:
∎ The role specifically involves overseeing all production activities of a Chanachur Plant, the job responsibilities can be tailored to focus on the unique processes, challenges and quality standards of Chanachur (a spicy, savory snack mix).
