Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage production requirements from planning to finishing as per manufacturing lead time.
∎ Capable of working with software-based production processes.
∎ Capable of maintaining the database and proper output from it.
∎ Ensure lab to bulk reproducibility at least 90%.
∎ Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity to fulfill marketing requirements.
∎ Capable of handling at least 120 personnel at different levels in his department.
∎ Manage the line setup on a shift basis as per the production schedule and machine-wise output with the best combination of manpower & machine.
∎ Monitor in-line efficiency and productivity of machines in coordination with the maintenance team and employees by showing them advanced job techniques, on job training.
∎ Control lead time against each step of the process and ensure KPI achievement.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary - USD 1800, House Rent - USD 200, Conveyance - USD 50, Medical Allowance - USD 50
