- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or equivalent.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of woven garments production systems.
Hands-on experience in production planning, line balancing, and efficiency monitoring.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
Computer literacy in MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Monitor line efficiency, quality output, and WIP control.
Collaborate with IE, Planning, and Quality teams for smooth production flow.
Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement tools.
Guide, coach, and supervise supervisors, line chiefs, and operators.
Prepare production reports and present to senior management.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to meet shipment deadlines.
