Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or equivalent.

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Strong knowledge of woven garments production systems.

• Hands-on experience in production planning, line balancing, and efficiency monitoring.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team management capabilities.

• Computer literacy in MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred.

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Monitor line efficiency, quality output, and WIP control.

• Collaborate with IE, Planning, and Quality teams for smooth production flow.

• Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and safety standards.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement tools.

• Guide, coach, and supervise supervisors, line chiefs, and operators.

• Prepare production reports and present to senior management.

• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to meet shipment deadlines.
