• Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in product management, product analytics, business analysis, or related roles.      

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Fintech, Telecommunications, Software Firms, IT-enabled Services, Digital Platforms.      

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and digital product environments is essential.      

• Proven capability in data analysis, KPI tracking, dashboarding, and insight generation is preferred. 

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, BI tools, or data visualization platforms will be an added advantage.      

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.      

• Prior experience in fintech, payments, merchant business, or local market ecosystems will be considered a strong advantage.

• Prepare product documentation including Concept Notes, PRDs, and other product materials and ensure business requirements are reflected.

• Develop user stories and communicate requirements clearly to product development teams for proper understanding.

• Translate product features into technical requirements and communicate with technology teams effectively.

• Contribute to product prototyping, journey design, and UX/UI alignment.

• Perform business UAT to validate product features and ensure quality delivery.

• Define, monitor, and report key product KPIs including adoption, activation, usage, conversion, transaction behavior, and performance metrics.

• Analyze merchant, user and product data to identify trends, pain points, growth opportunities, improvement areas and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Data team for data related requirements and prepare data reports and dashboards.

• Participate in market visits and merchant interactions to gather feedback and enhance product performance.
