∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA & MBA from IBA, Dhaka University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the process of developing products or enhancing existing products to meet customer expectations effectively.
∎ Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
∎ To conduct market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
∎ Identify customer's dislikes and likes, and identify key styles by leveraging on buyers' knowledge.
∎ Analyze existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
∎ Preparation of SOPs related to product development & product improvement.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical ability of product Raw Material and proper documentation and record keeping.
∎ Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, creative & analytical thinking.
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
