∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process optimization strategies.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
∎ Lead projects focused on reducing costs, increasing productivity, and improving product quality.
∎ Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve issues in production processes.
∎ Train and mentor teams on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
